As part of our ongoing effort to improve popovers throughout GitLab, we should improve the user experience when linking to planning artifacts in the application. These include: 1. Issue links (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/54915) 1. Single comment links within an issue (e.g. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/54915#note_124514469) 1. Milestone links (e.g. %"11.8") 1. Epic links (e.g. https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/708) Iterating on these popovers makes GitLab more lovable. By having this information available on mouseover means fewer clicks, less context-switching, and a better user experience.
