## Summary In https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/6798+ we introduced an offer of (select) paid features in exchange for enabling Service Ping. This offer is referred to as [Registration Features](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/service_ping/#registration-features-program) and is targeting our free self-managed user base. This issue is to advertise the offer beyond the admin settings page. ## Proposed Ideas _The following is applicable to Admin users on Free instances only, message applicable to both CE and EE._ 1. [ ] Admin user lands on page where the feature lives and gets pop-up or sees a :question: they can hover over. Message explains "This is a paid feature, but you can use this for free. Click here to learn more."
