Update the Wiki editing experience
## Problem to solve The Wiki edit page has been updated for design consistency but the usability of the page still has room for improvement. The editing area is still very small on larger screens, there are infrequently used actions taking up valuable space, and for longer pages, the primary actions can sometimes scroll off the screen. ## Proposal Refresh the layout of the Wiki edit page with a focus on: 1. Making the content editing area _as big as possible_ while sticking with a legible line width 1. Use consistent styling between the rendered page and the Content Editor for a seamless transition 1. Consolidate actions and make them available regardless of the page's scroll position 1. Support editing Markdown pages with the Content Editor and other formats with the "classic" editor seamlessly 2. Improving the discoverability of the Content Editor to promote adoption ## Designs Edit the raw source: ![image](/uploads/4ac890ec15b141c0de911943dfec1eeb/image.png) Edit in Rich Text: ![image-1](/uploads/887c6f96a1781d2fb4e6b544675361b2/image-1.png) Submit flow: ![image-2](/uploads/d0119dd595be15c74093a3f6eb5d3852/image-2.png)
