Release Management: Transition Plan for Rayana Verissimo
### Overview
As per the [R&D Realignment](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/Product/-/issues/1698), this issue will serve as a tracker for the transition from Release:Release Management, Staff Product Designer to Verify:Testing & Runner, Staff Product Designer. There are also related issues that will serve as separate tasks.
#### New allocation
* 25%: Verify:Testing
* 25%: Verify:Runner
* 50%: Acting Product Design Manager, CI/CD

* Effective Date: 2020-11-18
* Announcement Date: 2020-11-03
#### New DRIs
Product Designer duties for Release Management categories will move to the following DRIs:
* @icamacho: Package will include Release Evidence
* @icamacho: Release will include Release Orchestration and Pages
* @mvrachni: Configure will include Secrets Management
* @ameliabauerly: Monitor will include Runbooks
