Include total snippet repository size in project storage size and namespace statistics

At the moment, snippets are not included in the project's storage size. Nevertheless, now that they are backed by git repositories we should include them to have a more accurate storage size. Related https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/223004
