## Description of a problem We've recently formed `wg_isolation` working group -> https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/structure/working-groups/isolation/. Goals: > To develop plan and practices for dedicated HW/Shards/Gitaly/Queues/Redis/Elasticsearch/Runner for paying customers on .com In order to meet these goals we need to devise a plan on how to improve isolation to void problems of noisy neighbors, what eventually should make it easier to isolate premium customers from service degradation that can happen because of, for example, abuse. We can use this epic to gather ideas, formulate hypothesis and provide evidence to justify work that needs to be done.
