The "time to first green build" is an interesting measure for people who are just checking out GitLab for the first time. GitLab is a powerful tool, but it takes a lot of reading and experience to get the most out of the .gitlab-ci.yml. How can we make this easier? This ~meta epic is intended to collect items that can improve this experience.
