Improved Admin Area
**Challenges** (what is the business problem? What is the user problem? What obstacles stand in the way of product goals) In its current state, the Admin settings page is cumbersome and not intuitive/enjoyable to use. There are several factors contributing to this: 1. Information overload; the Admin dashboard contains a variety of options and settings. 2. The UX team does not have easy access to the admin panel, therefore it does not get as much attention from the team. There is an issue open to change this: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/infrastructure/issues/4102 **Vision** (What ultimate goal do you want to achieve?) *Place vision here* **Focus Areas** (What’s the scope of the strategy, what is outside the scope? Where will the strategy have the greatest impact?) *Place Focus here - break off issues into new epics accordingly* **Mission** (How are we (the team) going to get there?) The team will focus on changes that will make the most impact. The issues attached to this epic are prioritized by effort and impact. **Activity Areas** (what general activity areas are our team going to focus on?) Design, prototyping, research. Measurement (what are we going to measure, how will metrics be graded to define success?) *Place measurements here*
