GitLab Duo Usage dashboard (PostgreSQL)
### Overview
This epic tracks the upcoming enhancements for the GitLab Duo Usage dashboard, which is backed by PostgreSQL and requires the Enterprise Duo add-on. This dashboard only has data retention for 3 months.
The aim of this dashboard is to display as much GitLab Duo usage data as possible for customers without access to the ClickHouse backed https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/19629+
The limitation we have with the PG dashboard is that we can't filter anything in the extras column. All metrics are pre-aggregated using background workers.

#### Direct API access
While customers without access to https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/19629+ wait for https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-org/-/epics/19630+, they can explore their usage data via API:
* The `aiUsageData.all` GraphQL endpoint contains all raw GitLab Duo event data.
* It supports both PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
* On PostgreSQL, the data is retained for 3 months.
* More information can be found by browsing the [documentation examples](https://docs.gitlab.com/api/graphql/duo_and_sdlc_trends/#retrieve-ai-usage-data)
