### Problem to Solve We want to have a pre-production environment to verify a Geo installation before deployment to Production. The most sensible place to run a pre-prod installation is on staging.gitlab.com. In order to do this, we need to work with the Infrastructure team to develop the rollout plan. Having Geo enabled on staging will give us a test environment that has substantially more data than the instances we currently test on.
