Geo Sites: Revisit the Admin Dashboard
### Problem to solve
The [Geo Self-Service Framework](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/geo/framework.html) has grown incredibly since its adoption in years ago. Growing from 3 syncable and verifiable data types to now at 17 and growing.
The Geo Sites dashboard was built in a way to grow automatically as data types were created but the vision didn't anticipate quite so much data to be presented in one view. This has caused some growing pains and many of the design paradigms used in the current UI are beginning to not fit the needs of our customers.
Here is a collection of generalized concerns expressed through various Issues:
- _Need for more compact information_
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/415837+
- _Need to represent data in its actual state_
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/371219+
- _Hoverable progress bars are not helpful for representing geo information_
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/415813+
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/33331+
- https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/367443+

## Demo
**Current Geo Sites Dashboard**

### Proposal
The current layout combined with obscuring everything behind progress bars and hover overs makes it quite a task to find information you are looking for at a glance. I believe the Geo data has outgrown this design pattern and we should consider a full redesign of this dashboard to address some of the customer concerns noted above.
