### Problem to solve Gitlab.com doesn't support PAT listing of user tokens unless you own the token. As evidenced by [this documentation](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/personal_access_tokens.html), only Admins can do [what I am looking for today](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/account-management/commercial/applied-systems-group/applied-systems/-/issues/27 "Unified API to Fetch Information from Credential Inventory") and gitlab.com doesn't support that, only Self-Hosted instances can. Our use case can move forward if this could be made available on gitlab.com. The same would apply for user SSH and GPG keys and Deploy tokens created by a specific user. All of these can be done today on self-hosted but not gitlab.com. A unified API would help for sure but making these features available on gitlab.com would also go a long way. ### Proposal Provide this feature & functionality that is available on Self-Hosted to GitLab.com.
