# Overview
We are introducing Description Templates for all work items, including epics, tasks, objectives, key results, and soon, issues. This feature aims to replicate the functionality of description templates currently available in the legacy issues, enhancing consistency and efficiency in creating work item descriptions.
## Purpose
Description templates provide a standardized structure for work items, helping teams maintain consistency in their documentation and ensuring that all necessary information is included when creating new items. This feature will streamline the process of creating work items and improve overall project organization.
## Scope
This epic covers the implementation of description templates for the following work item types:
- Epics
- Tasks
- Objectives
- Key Results
- Issues (coming soon)
