[GitLab Geo](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/gitlab-geo/README.html) work with high availability configurations of GitLab and should be documented. ### Proposal - should be able to enable GitLab Geo for [active/active](http://docs.gitlab.com/ce/administration/high_availability/README.html#active-active) primary and replicate the primary to an active/active secondary - the documentation should provide guidance for enabling active/active HA on an existing GitLab Geo instance and for enabling GitLab Geo on an existing active/active HA instance
