## Problem We currently rely on [Log based dashboard](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/blob/master/docs/duo-chat/README.md?ref_type=heads#quick-links) like https://log.gprd.gitlab.net/app/r/s/ngzVp. However, this doesn't give us SLI/SLO and Alerts when it's breaching. ## Proposal We collect metrics in Prometheus and build a Grafana dashboard.
