WIP - AI Context Taskforce Work Plans

The taskforce will be working in one-week iterations to maximize velocity. We will still keep to a traditional GitLab milestone schedule, but the team will have weekly deliverable targets to help us keep a brisk pace. Every Friday, we'll have a joint demo and planning session, in an effort to make sure non-U.S. timezone team members are fully unblocked for the following week.
