## Summary Introduce weighted KRs as an advanced rollup scoring feature. Example: Non-average split across all children. Assigning certain child items a higher percentage score attribution. ## User Verbatims - As we currently cascade, a number of folks may have their KRs fall under a higher level KR that wouldn't benefit from an equally weighted role up. For ex, a CEO KR could be increase Ultimate Revenue from X %to Y%. Marketing could have a related and cascading KR to launch a campaign with a certain number of impressions. Legal may have a KR to improve contracts to make Ultimate easier to buy. Sales may have a KR to speak to 100 high potential conversion accounts. In my mind, the CEO KR would want to ignore these cascades. The final score should be fully based on our attainment versus the Ultimate revenue goal.
