Discussion in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitaly/-/issues/4842 Allow backing up repositories on a schedule directly to object storage, with integration for `backup.rake`. This MVP will essentially be identical to how repository backups work in `backup.rake` except stored directly on object-storage.
