SaaS/SM current focus percentage. - Note: Information was pulled from the [support-team.yaml](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/support/team/-/blob/master/data/support-team.yaml). 1. Which team members should be included or excluded: - Onboarding: relevant training issue is listed instead of a percentage, and the ICs are assumed to be in the process of cross-training, so are excluded (italicized & coloured green). - 100% L&R or US Fed focused: excluded (italicized & coloured orange). - Existing SM & SaaS: excluded based on presence of focus percentage in both areas (italicized & coloured blue). However, if an IC wants to go through the training, unitalicize and clear the fill colour for their row. - If an IC has done the training already for a platform where there is currently a 0, replace it with a link.
