- 97% of Sales team members are proud to work for GitLab
- 94% of Sales team members would recommend GitLab as a Great Place to Work
- 93% of Sales team members believe GitLab is in a position to succeed over the next three years
- +5 percentage point difference from last year’s survey for the following questions:
The leaders of GitLab have communicated a mission that motivates me (86% favorable).
- Questions that are retention indicators are all trending positively; up from last survey
- **Lowlights**
- Action continues to score low with only 53% of Sales team members indicating that they’ve seen positive changes since the last survey and 63% believe that action will take place as a result of the survey
- 68% of the Sales team members believe there are good career opportunities for them at GitLab. We’d like to see this number increase.
- 67% of Sales team members believe their total rewards (salary, benefits, equity, perks, etc.) is competitive relative to similar roles at other companies.

* 2021-12-02: E-group received access to engagement survey results for respective divisions
* 2021-12-07: Department head received engagement survey results for respective departments
* 2021-12-14: All managers and sub-department leaders received access to Culture Amp reports for their respective teams
* 2021-12-15: Division-wide survey results and proposed actions discussed synchronously during PLT meeting
* 2021-12-16: Epic opened with an overview of highlights, lowlights, and condensed action proposals
* Through 2021-12-31: Functional group action planning (finalize actions and owners)
* 2022-01-31: Functional action plans added to FY'23 Q1 OKRs
* 2022-01-10: McB shared a preview of the results and what stood out from him in the data at the WWField Call
* 2022-02-07: McB to share the overall results, more detailed analysis and next steps on the WWField Call
* 2022-02 - Ongoing; Continuation of action planning across Sales
