The thought leadership strategy is one of the workstreams of the [User Engagment](https://gitlab.com/groups/gitlab-com/-/epics/1794) Initiative, with the goal to create brand awareness through thought leadership and creating technical content. The deliverables from this initiative is a documented thought leadership process where team members can choose topics and document their progress over a defined timeline.
