The pseudo-localized experience of the GitLab Docs website in Japanese, deployed to Pages, is now available for everyone's review and feedback here! 

Here is the open & draft merge request that demonstrates how the docs site is made localization-ready:  Draft: Internationalize the Tech Docs. The scope of the draft MR is to implement internationalization (i18n), like organizing content into language subfolders, modifying build processes to handle multi-language content, externalizing site's UI text to make it translatable, adding a language selector (!),  and much more.
