As an EOC, it can be difficult to know where to look for help, or ownership, of services. We have a [Service Catalog](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/tree/master/services) and a [Metrics Catalog](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/tree/master/metrics-catalog) that have the potential to expose some ownership information. The outcome of this issue is to become familiar with this layout, and possibly build out a couple of team information sections so that we can verify this current system works to expose ownership information to those on call. Some possible teams to start with are `gitaly` or even the infrastructure team. @steveazz Notes that [this](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/runbooks/-/blob/10ce6a235446c88b4b3827df99cae009707dcb3e/metrics-catalog/services/web.jsonnet#L93) is a good example of a team population for reference.
