As a follow-up to [this issue](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/issues/1215), and [this comment](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/issues/1215#note_229527182) in particular, we need to start looking at deploying Discourse to GKE for `forum.gitlab.com`
