## Executive Summary To execute our plan to build on our open core strength and hit our goal of 1,000 unique monthly wider community contributors by FY25, we need to increase our community contributors. To achieve this, we need to scale our community in a healthy and sustainable way while improving our contributor experience and contribution efficiency. ## Strategy Our strategy to increase contributor growth consists of four areas: 1.
