The public site at the.corvus.observer renders the ADRs and one page per milestone, built by Hugo from docs and published to R2 on every merge to main. Milestone data is refreshed by the operator with the sync skill, about once a day, through an MR; the narrative is the operator's. Order comes from GitLab issue links, which plan creates. Decided in ADR 0003. Done when the site is live, the existing milestones render with their narrative and real data, and a sync MR has been merged and published.
