Every repo of the group runs the shared checks on each MR and on main: Conventional Commits, no references to issues, MRs or ADRs in code, no em-dashes, markdownlint, plus shellcheck where there is shell. The conventions are already written in the Workspace instructions; this milestone gives them teeth. Done when agents, docs and platform each have a pipeline that includes the shared jobs and main is green in all three.
