Goals:

• Fast, stable, and intuitive dashboard with the hazard chart and a corresponding time series plot to interact/explore the gridded-chain output.
• Dashboard should also include the stations, SMP, snowobs, and openAmundsen chain
• Refactoring of model chain backends should be completed (station generator, provider, toolchains, ...)
• Preprocessing: Implement a general stacking/pre-processing routine for NWP data
