The goal of this milestone is to have a more or less solid and accessible "release" of the full AWSOME framework ready for ISSW. Interested parties should see something nice on models.avalanche.report, and with proper skills they should be able to download and install it themselves.

1. Overhaul the landing page / main map (least effort, using only tools we already have).
2. Integrate the gridded simulations in the map.
3. Possibility for 3rd parties to run less computer-intensive calculations.
4. More clear project structure.
5. With this, a main clean wiki page linking all of our documentation together.
6. Final decision on license.
7. Some steps towards versioning.
8. Less visible winter reports (or only polished parts).
