Rebase on agepolysrv2

Deploy a new Debian and Proxmox installation on agepolysrv2 baremetal.
Move Gestion2 and Gestion2-managed services into VMs running onto said Proxmox.
Deploy our currently existing infrastructure on said Proxmox.
