The theme of this release is Project lifecycle support. If you have additional stories to suggest, or details to add on what's there, feel free to comment here, or create an MR that patches [release-3.md](docs/content/background/roadmap/releases/release-3.md), which is the source of that page. We will shortly begin breaking up the Release into sub-issues to elaborate on the details of each story, but for now are collecting feedback at this level.
