Draft: Investigate replacement of muParser with Lepton

In issue #3515 (closed), Lepton was mention by @cblau as one of the options for parsing expressions in the transformation pull coordinate. Later, muParser was chosen for the implementation.

Since %2024.release, we also carry Colvars, which could use Lepton if it was available. This is an evaluation whether it would be possible to replace muParser with Lepton. Later, we can also enable its usage in Colvars.
