VkFFT error message about support for SYCL is unclear

When one attempts to use VkFFT with Intel, configuration will fail with VkFFT can only be used with CUDA, HIP or OpenCL backend. Our documentation claims VkFFT is supported with SYCL and CMake agrees so this message could be improved to clarify that SYCL is suported, but only on NVIDIA and AMD.
