mdrun rerun does not write into pullf.xvg / pullx.xvg since Gromacs 2019

Hi all,

in versions <= 2018, mdrun wrote as expected into pullx.xvg and pullf.xvg during a rerun. Since 2019, pullx.xvg and pullf.xvg are opened and the xmgrace headers are written into the files, but no data is coming after that. I tried with 2019.6 and with 2021.1.
