DESCRIPTION
It's actually two problems. I have used GRAMPS to create the dot-files.
I used a command stucture like:
dot -Tpdf -oD2222P1.pdf D2222P1.dot
- D2222P1.dot used to create D2222P1.ps and D2222P1.pdf (2222 indicates 2 cm margins:
The margins differ a lot. The top margin in pdf is much larger than in ps.
- D2222P4.dot used to create D2222P4.ps and D2222P4.pdf (P4 indicets 4 pages):
When I open the pdf file with acrobat I get error like:
(acroread:29074): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid uninstantiatable type
<invalid>' in cast to
GtkObject'
(acroread:29074): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_widget_realize: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed
(acroread:29074): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_window_raise: assertion `GDK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed
and only one page is shown.
The ps file generates 4 pages and prints OK, even if the margins are correct.
