I managed to run the program. What do I do?

[ellson] I don't understand what you are doing? What is "Redhat 2.4" ?
Redhat is rpm based; why not just install the binary rpms? If you really want to build from source, why not use:
rpmbuild --rebuild graphviz.*.src.rpm
Either way has the advantage of checking that you have all the dependencies installed.
There is now a graphviz-2.22.0 stable release, but I don't think that's the issue here.
