[Output Generation] Imprecise tapered edges due to use of polygons instead of bezier curves

DESCRIPTION
An edge using style=tapered is drawn using polygons, resulting in noticeable jagginess in bitmapped output when increasing the dpi. Output in XDOT format suffers even more, even at normal DPI, because coordinates in XDOT are rounded to integers. Output quality would be improved if tapered edges were drawn using bezier curves like regular edges are.
