[Dot] Invisible components affect bounding box
Ported Issue from Mantis Original ID: 181 Reported By: user442

VERSION: 1.9
DESCRIPTION
If a node is invisible, it is still used to compute the bounding box. This leads to extra space, for example, when included in documents since the bounding box is used by tools such as latex to determine how much area to reserve.
