CMake Graphviz version from autogen

  • Makes autotools and CMake builds have a single source of truth for the Graphviz version
  • Makes CMake builds use the same version numbering scheme as the autotools builds by a change to actually use the patch version number and not the build date for stable releases
  • Ways to override VERSION and DATE from the command line
