DESCRIPTION
In a digraph with concentrate=true the upwards pointing concentrated edge is missing the arrow at the head. The arrow is placed instead at the fork.
See edge h->a in the example below.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There must always be an arrow at the end of a unidirectional edge.
