Security issue with uploaded binary

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://graphviz.org/download/ Click- "Stable Windows install packages" Go to- https://www2.graphviz.org/Packages/stable/windows/10/cmake/Release/x64/graphviz-install-2.44.1-win64.exe

Expected Behaviour

Installer should run normally

Actual Behaviour

Anti-viruses blocking it, malware suspected.
