damping page paragraph grouping is off

I don't know what's going on on https://graphviz.org/docs/attrs/Damping/ but the spacing of something is clearly off:

What is intended to be a complete paragraph is broken in the middle by the default values information. For some reason, this attribute is also title cased while none of the others are.
