aarch64 Mac install fails with "No SConstruct file found"

Tried to install gpsd via ports on Mac. Had to skip checksum check to get it to attempt to install. Failed when it attempts to change into the gpsd directory. I'll attach the main.log file. Also reported on Mac Ports here.
