Fix bug Grade2 --lookup option no longer gets information from PubChem

Testing a new build of Grade2 shows that the --lookup option no longer works:

$ grade2 --lookup 123 --just_cif         
 ERROR: No input provided. You must provide an input file or a SMILES string on the command-line. Please see 'grade2 -h' for usage instructions.
