Who is responsible for follow ups?

Hi, I remember that some individuals were assigned to following up with the tasks in each of our categories to track progress. But I cannot remember what I was assigned to and after trying for a loooonng time to find this information somewhere online, now there is this question. Where can assigned follow-up people find out what they should follow up on? P.s. Shame on my that this question comes so late. Sorry!
