Examples in mid/README don't compile and have uneven indentation

Both examples in the mid subdir's README fail to compile (missing midi import in the first for example).

Also both examples have some lines that are indented with spaces, which is a) a gofmt error and b) renders weird when tabs are 8 spaces like here on gitlab.
