Window functions sctracker

To investigate further:

  • A quick test show a performance lose when using different types of Window functions. By default, the Win for input and output are set to Cosine2. These provide the best SNR output. However, the best results for swspec seemed to be Cosine2

  • Cosine2 (in) + Cosine (out): SNR= 2121

  • Cosine (in) + Cosine (out): SNR= 7272

  • Cosine2 (in) + Cosine2 (out): SNR= 580

Is it a new bug after software upgrade or a consistent 'feature'.
