Not possible to build tests on macOS.
macOS's libcrypto does not contain the define EVP_CTRL_GCM_SET_TAG
(I looked in every SDK from 10.9 to 10.13) yet we see https://gitlab.com/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&search=EVP_CTRL_GCM_SET_TAG&group_id=&project_id=179611&search_code=true&repository_ref=master#L142
Leading to:

I am working around it by forcing it to detect this fact via the following patch:
