Help: Network Manager can not start

Hi! I'm using ubuntu 20.04. I build latest gnutls with latest nettle, and I installed gnutls using make install. The gnutls replaced the original in my system. But when I restart my computer, the Network Manager start failed with logging "lib nettle.so.8 can not found". But the nettle.so.8 is installed to /usr/lib64. What can I do to recover my system?
