adjustable margin size

By tweaking the margin spacing a little I'm able to fit exactly three 80 column windows on a macbook 1680x1050 with menlo 11pt (all 11pt fonts I think). I reduced the MARGIN in PTYTextView.h from 5 to 3, and now 80 columns fit just right and it looks fine to me as well.

So either changing the MARGIN to 3, or a config option for it would be minor, but nice.
